Salary:

We are seeking an experienced, visionary -- and most importantly, hands-on -- Creative Director. From pitch to launch, you know how to bring campaigns to life, assemble the right teams and deliver results for our clients. You will work alongside the Senior Vice President of Creative Strategy to lead the charge in crafting innovative campaigns that resonate and achieve client objectives, while living Vault's core values: Heart, Hunger, Curiosity and Excellence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advertising and marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they meet strategic goals and client expectations. 
  • Manage and mentor a team of creatives, providing direction and support to foster talent development and ensure our best work across print, web and digital communications. 
  • Act as a strategic and creative voice to clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing expert counsel. 
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, making decisive creative judgments and adjustments as needed to maintain project integrity and vision. 
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, particularly in AI, to integrate innovative practices into our processes. 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of advertising agency experience, ideally with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the creation and execution of effective, successful advertising and marketing campaigns. 
  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize and articulate creative ideas that align with strategic insights and client objectives. 
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building, mentoring, and retaining creative teams. 
  • In-depth knowledge of content production across various media and a solid understanding of digital and traditional advertising platforms. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and clients alike. 
  • Demonstrated experience in new business development and client relationship management.
