Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or manufacturing facility OR high school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to prioritize in dynamic business environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong teamwork and independent work skills
- Commitment to promoting a safe work environment per industry standards
- Familiarity with 21CFR Part 820, cGMPs, and ISO 9001 standards
- Knowledge of Quality Information Systems (Trackwise, OTIS, Windchill, SAP, Lab Investigations)
- Review batch records independently at the final manufacturing stage and approve their release upon ensuring compliance with procedures
- Identify and address batch record issues, opening non-conformances when necessary
- Conduct records coordinator tasks to maintain quality record retention on-site and off-site as per procedures
- Collaborate with manufacturing associates to address DHR errors
- Engage with QC Lab and Microbiology teams and potentially interact with regulators
- Lead or participate in assigned projects
- Demonstrate proficiency in conflict resolution, change management, communication, organizational skills, ethical conduct, and analytical reasoning in a diverse work environment
