Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements on a variety of vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for general maintenance and safety issues.
- Conduct tire rotations and pressure checks.
- Assist with basic vehicle inspections and other minor repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with customers and other team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic automotive knowledge and experience with tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an express lube technician or in a similar automotive role.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
- Knowledge of automotive safety standards and procedures.
