Private Practice in Trinity, Florida Seeking Associate
Our well-established, solo practitioner, dental practice in Trinity, Florida is looking for an experienced Associate Doctor 2 days a week with goals to grow to a full- time work week of 4 days. We value our team (each other), our families, and our patients above all things and have created a culture where even our patients feel like family. We are willing to wait for our “perfect fit” to ensure our office culture continues to create a warm and happy atmosphere. We offer 12 years of an established and active patient base with the equipment and tools to complete progressive dentistry. If you have strong clinical skills with a genuine understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining patient rapport, then we are seeking you!
Duties:
- Perform general dentistry procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
- Utilize CAD software for designing dental restorations
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Provide dental care for pediatric patients
- Perform endodontic procedures as needed
- Collaborate with the dental office team to deliver comprehensive care
- Apply anatomy knowledge to diagnose and treat oral health issues
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Proficiency in general dentistry practices and procedures
- Familiarity with CAD software for dental applications
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles
- Experience in endodontics is a plus
