YOUR ROLE:
The Corporate Trainer supports YFA’s organization initiatives through designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for employees across various Programs and Departments. This role works closely with the HR Department to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives. This position will also support the recruitment and talent acquisition in sourcing the best talent for YFA, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning.

This position is placed on a hybrid work schedule with three (3) office days two (2) remote days. Schedule is subject to change due to in-person trainings scheduled for this role.
