Job Overview

We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as the Property Manager to lead and inspire a team to excellence in the vacation rental industry!

This role will report directly to the Director of Operations. With a focus on winning, kindness, empathy, humility, and passion, the Property Manager will manage our operational activities, including but not limited to: property management, scheduling cleaning vendors, maintenance, laundry services, and vendor/contractor management. The Property Manager will simultaneously lead a team made up of an Assistant Operations Manager and Property Inspectors to ensure these activities are completed effectively.

The Property Manager will have clear goals and daily assignments. They will be rewarded for their team's performance. Our company uses some of the industry's best systems to plan, coordinate, and task manage. We provide company vehicles to use during work hours. We also compensate for mileage if a company vehicle is not available. We strive for a healthy work and life balance. You will work in a fun and lively atmosphere. Job Responsibilities

• Manage team members schedules
• Manage vendor schedules
• Maintain high cleaning and maintenance standards
• Handle escalated issues with guests
• Serve as the back-up contact for after-hours calls
• Create plans to keep the properties in excellent shape

Goals of a Property Manager

• Maintain an average review score of 4.5 or higher
• Maintain a happy, tenured, and motivated team
• Retain property owners by maintaining the property to the standards of the property owner's expectations
• Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements

Schedule

Typical work schedule is 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday through Monday. The business operates 7 days a week. The employee may have to work outside of business hours including weekends and holidays to support the team when needed. The employee may be asked to work in both Cape San Blas and Mexico Beach.

Pay

• Starting pay is negotiable based on experience.
• Bonuses are awarded based on exceptional work and performance.
• Raises are earned annually at the end of the year.
