Noor Staffing is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Port Saint Lucie, FL

NSG has partnered with a well-established Commercial Construction company who is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to work onsite in Port St. Lucie, FL. They offer a very competitive base salary, excellent benefits and a great work environment with a mission-driven and process-oriented culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with Project Estimators to review and understand all project estimates
  • Delegating and managing the scope of work for Subcontractors
  • Ensuring timely receipt of executed subcontracts, insurance certificates, and bonds
  • Developing and updating project schedules with the Project Superintendent and key Subcontractors
  • Leading preconstruction meetings and weekly job meetings
  • Preparing monthly billings and status reports for Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors
  • Managing change order requests and monthly cost forecasts
  • Supporting Superintendents and managing Subcontractor issues to closure
  • Mentoring and evaluating Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing projects of similar size and complexity.
  • Experience with large commercial warehouse and multi-family construction projects
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Sage Project Management, Procore, and MS Project
  • A 4-year degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field
  • OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 Safety Certification preferred
