PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Purpose of Position:

Provide a safe, secure friendly environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain building and grounds.
• Moves furniture and equipment as needed.
• Inspect building and grounds daily to be aware of safety issues, repairs and maintenance needed.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other facility personnel and vendors/contractors.
• Responsible for site compliance with Health and Safety Policies along with Corporate Security Policies.
• Maintain good working relationships with site leadership and vendors.
• May need to work over 40 hours per week and may be required to come in for any emergencies and critical maintenance after hours.
• Assist with other departments to fulfill site needs
• Able to use hand/ power tools
• General knowledge of Call Center Technical Equipment ( Copiers, Badge Printers, Computer set ups, CCTV, back up power systems (Gen, UPS, ATS).

Position Requirement:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and proficient with computer skills as this role requires lot of communication and reporting via emails and other software applications.
• Minimum of 6 months equivalent relative experience
• Must be able to type a minimum of 16WPM
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Have basic understanding of how facility systems work- HVAC/back up power systems/ fire system /security alarms.
• Able to clear extensive background check
• Must be able to type 16 WPM
• Flexible to work Mon-Fri at 8:00-5:30 and some hours on weekends.
