The Nagler Group is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Portland, ME

A reputable law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience to join the Corporate and Real Estate Group.
ResponsibilitiesFormation and organization of business entities such as corporations and LLCs
Conducting title examinations and handling real estate transactions
Managing commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
Overseeing real estate development projects, including permitting and land-use appeals
Providing regulatory advice and legal research for financial institutions
Assisting with commercial lending transactions for banks and credit unions
Handling intellectual property matters
QualificationsLicensed to practice law in Maine
3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate and real estate law
Strong organizational, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
