1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $17.00/hr
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $17.00/hr

As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will support the machine operation by setting up orders according to customer specifications, following the order readiness process, and efficiently preparing the right tools to complete the job. In addition, you will assist machine operators during quality checks by inspecting the first article and articles throughout the order to identify issues, ensure a quality product, and monitor equipment and raw materials. You will also support the operator in monitoring production metrics to accurately track the progress of production rates, quality, maintenance needs, and downtime. As part of your duties, you will proactively communicate issues with equipment to appropriate leaders and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving to maximize overall equipment efficiency and minimize downtime. This is an entry-level job that requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
