The Quality Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products/services. As a key member of the Quality team, the Quality Associate will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, guaranteeing the reliability and excellence of our products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of products/services to identify and report defects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, procedures, and results.
• Participate in audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and industry regulations.
• Establish process measurement points and statistical techniques/methods to measure, analyze, and continuously improve processes.
• Experience applying process-related practices, methods, and techniques such as statistical analysis; control and sampling; process proofing; and quality data analysis, to evaluate Government and contractor data and determine contractor compliance with the many aspects of quality control.
• Perform investigations of defective material for cause and corrective action and initiate process improvements with the contractor as needed.
• Calibration of tools and instruments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma, Associate Degree preferred.
• 3 – 5 years of directly related experience.
• Experience in conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability in report making and documentation.

Non-Exempt Salary Details: The pay range for this role is $24 to $30 per hour. Values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
