Assistant General Manager Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff.
• Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an AGM or Bar Manager in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
