Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Cyber Security Specialist located in Princeton, NJ. The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting application security, cybersecurity, network security, and information security. The role will involve ensuring the security of the organization's systems and networks, conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents.
Qualifications
- Application Security, Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security skills
- Knowledge and experience in cyber threat intelligence and assessment
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO)
- Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Understanding of secure coding practices and secure software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
