We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Your expertise will help optimize our cloud environment for performance, scalability, and security, enabling our business to leverage the full potential of cloud technologies.

Rate: $65/hr on C2C

Onsite-Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates and Terraform.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage Azure services such as APIM, Front Door, App Gateway, Load Balancer, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Storage, and Key Vaults.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy cloud-based applications and services.
• Ensure security best practices are followed, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance.
• Automate cloud operations using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Use containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
• Utilize GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure features, services, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure APIM, Front Door, App Gateway, Load Balancer, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Storage, and Key Vaults.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates and Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including VPN, VNet, and firewall configurations.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
