• Reporting and analysis for personnel budgeting , forecast and a analysis for corporate headquarters and the regional businesses• Monthly and quarterly variance analysis, reporting, preparation and review of annual personnel budget and long-term plans• Monthly/quarterly forecasts• Track start dates, frozen or eliminated positions, inter-department transfers, open positions, contract/full-time positions • Track all personnel costs including salaries, benefits, bonuses, burden expenses severance, healthcare costs of personnel• Integrate and incorporate all labor expenses for Corporate and regions into forecast• Review and coordinate all aspects of the regions’ personnel budget, forecast, and cost analysis with the regional Controller and regional analysts• Participate in the development of the quarterly forecasts, developing analyses and projections which are used to complete the quarterly forecast package• Serve as key contact to coordinate human resources input into planning system as well as budgeted and forecast headcount to facilitate human resources hiring processes and systems.
