Business Analyst – Mid-Level – 4-6 Years of Experience
Local W2 Candidates Only
BA’s will work on a multi-year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project. The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand business goals and implement technology solutions
Work with stakeholders to understand the details of business processes, policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement for technologies used for Human Resources, Finance, Operations and other areas
- Analyze business requirements and document business processes and translate to system processes.
- Identify system design decisions working closely business teams for input.
- Develop scenarios and use cases to test full business functionality.
- Conduct testing of IT systems in both implementation and maintenance environments.
- Communicate with project management staff on changes and risks that arise in system implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or similar position.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including MS Project and Teams
- Capacity to work within a complex and highly visible project.
- Exceptional decision-making skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Hybrid role on site 3 days a week.
