Three-Quarter-time hourly position for a certified athletic trainer to work with BYU Extramural Sports teams. This position provides care and services that are in line with the vision and standards of BYU. This position reports to the Extramural Sports Athletic Training Manager and will be assigned to an extramural sports team. The ¾ time position allows for up to 28 hours a week average, this will provide the Athletic Trainer time to cover the selected team practices, games (travel) and allow for summer camp coverage as desired. Duties included: 1) Injury Prevention, 2) First Aid and Emergency Care, 3) Initial injury evaluations, 4) Triage, 5) Injury rehabilitation and 6) Record keeping.
