**Overview:** We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of properties, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring smooth transactions. **Responsibilities:** - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Conduct market research to determine property value - Create property listings and market properties through various channels - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale - Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting real estate - Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations - Provide excellent customer service to build long-lasting relationships **Experience:** - Experience in property management or real estate administration is a plus - Strong customer service skills are essential - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous - Knowledge of real estate law and administrative processes - Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations - Ability to negotiate effectively in real estate transactions Join our team as a Real Estate Agent and embark on a rewarding career in the real estate industry.
