Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and visits to potential clients to promote and sell our products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or automotive sales environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently present information to clients
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems to manage leads and track progress
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Knowledge of sales management techniques, including managing a sales pipeline
