Location: Phoenix metro, AZ
Salary: $80k-120K Bonus and Benefits

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our leading roofing and waterproofing company. The ideal candidate would be proficient in subcontractor/budget management and project coordination. What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate/oversee all aspects of roofing projects (including scheduling, budgeting, quality control), manage subcontractors, ensure they follow safety regulations and company standards. Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time for each project.
- Work with clients to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns. Conduct routine site visits to monitor project quality, ensure work is being completed according to specifications.
- Track project and expenses to stay within budget. Collaborate with sales team to provide accurate project estimates and proposals to clients. Maintain safe work environment for employees and subcontractors, enforce safety protocols and regulations.
- 4 years experience in roofing.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes/ regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Valid driver's license. OSHA certification would be a bonus.
