We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (Tuesday and Thursday onsite) at our Customer's Richardson, TX office.
What You'll Do
- Leading projects such as security and infostructure as well as on the construction side
- Leading from chick off to high level milestone tracking
- Working with the global teams
- Provide weekly status updates to take holders
- Budgets will have already been approved and not a part of this project manager role
- Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals
- Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed
- Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated
- Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines
- Reports status and variances
- Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule
- Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines
- A Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading IT projects
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Service now, outlook, OneNote, or Power BI would be preferred
