Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of food products.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations and quality control procedures (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols and ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Supervise and train warehouse personnel, including onboarding new staff and providing performance feedback.
- Schedule and assign tasks to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet production deadlines.
- Identify and troubleshoot warehouse operation issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and generate reports as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with maintaining positive relationships with vendors and carriers.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor role, preferably in a food production setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse best practices and inventory management principles.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A valid forklift operator license is a plus.
- Working knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures is a plus.
