We are looking for a professional chef to ensure the quality of food items. The chef should be able to complete a variety of creative, organizational and leadership tasks to ensure a kitchen runs optimally and patrons’ meals are satisfactory.
Our focus is to serve the highest standard of Italian-American food possible, taking inspiration from mediterranean cultures whilst only using the best of seasonal ingredients. We are looking for a chef who will help us achieve that aim.We’re offering a great opportunity for anyone who wants to both learn and create, feels that they have outgrown their current role and excels with responsibility. As a chef at Luciano's you will be relied upon for ideas and contributions towards recipes and techniques, as well as for the administration and management of the kitchen. Any experience of cooking Italian- Amercian food would be favourable but not necessary.
