The Treasury Senior Manager is responsible for managing and executing treasury functions including cash and liquidity management. The role collaborates and partners with key internal and external stake holders and plays a critical role in managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring prudent financial planning, and managing all banking and treasury activities.
We are seeking a driven, self-starter with a solid understanding of finance and accounting. Communication skills are important, as well as the ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Treasury Senior Manager is primarily responsible for the following activities:

• Daily monitoring of the organization’s cash position, operating cash flows and Treasury processes. Maintain core cash management system with superior control and fraud protections
• Manage bank account administration, including opening and closing bank accounts, maintaining bank signer records, and serving as a bank portal administrator
• Conducting regular, comprehensive cash flow forecasting to help inform liquidity management strategy.
• Manage lenders relationships, existing debt facilities, completing regular investor reporting requirements, inclusive of covenant compliance, and conducting due diligence for new deals as well as for ongoing renewals. Oversee, review, and/or prepare monthly borrowing base certificates
• Primary point of contact for depository banking relationships.
• Play a critical role in helping evolve and improve Treasury processes and systems as the organization scales.
• Management of daily cash position across companies and borrowing/investing decision within corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with CFO, accounting, finance and rest of the organization to develop strategies to improve cash flows, maximize efficiencies, increase returns, lower costs, and improve treasury and business operations
• Support the enforcement of corporate internal controls and policies and maintain standard operating procedures and policies to ensure compliance
• Facilitate annual bank exams by providing necessary financial documentation and implementing audit recommendations

Basic Qualifications & what you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in treasury or banking roles
• Master’s Degree and/or advanced degree preferred
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification a plus. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• General understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $115K annual bonus opportunity
This role is hybrid with 2-3 days in our offices in Morrisville, NC near RDU International Airport, with easy access to I-40/540.
