Collections Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Collections Specialist to play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficient operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in account reconciliation. This role involves managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments.
- Contacting customers for payment reminders and collections
- Conducting account reconciliation to resolve discrepancies
- Providing exceptional customer service during interactions
- Monitoring and managing accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
- Identifying and addressing overdue accounts promptly
- Preparing and sending out invoices, statements, and reminders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Working closely with the finance team to review accounts and process adjustments
