Key Responsibilities
- Develop electrical and pneumatic/electrical schematics
- Program PLC HMI SCADA systems
- Create specifications and testing documentation
- Perform machine startup
- Specialize in Pharmaceutical and Food processes and materials handling equipment
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or System Integration
- Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and Servo drives
- Expertise in Studio 5000 Logix Designer
- Expertise in FactoryTalk View Studio ME/SE
- Extensive knowledge of all types of industrial control systems for machinery (Servo Drives, VFDs, Instrument types, Weigh Systems, etc.)
- Experience with weighing systems
- Experience with various types of sensors and process instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Flow)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Travel throughout the North American Market and Puerto Rico is required for 3-4 weeks.
