Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC, industrial maintenance, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise maintenance staff in daily operations
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient facility operation
- Oversee equipment repairs and installations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Experience:

- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including the use of a voltmeter
- Previous experience in supervising a maintenance team
- Familiarity with facilities management practices
