HOURLY HIRING RANGE: $19 - $25 plus mandatory overtime as needed (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). $2,000 Sign-on Bonus (details provided during interview) What You Will Do
- Prepares work to be assembled, studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and material
- Packages products to meet standards
- Checks specifications by inspecting completed assemblies and rejects if established quality standards are not met
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- High School Diploma and/or GED Certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings
- Demonstrated mechanical abilities
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Experience working with various metals
