GENERAL SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Job Developer performs employment preparation, placement, retention, and advancement activities for unemployed and underemployed job seekers. The Job Developer provides customized services to job seekers, with a particular emphasis on skill building and serves as a liaison with employers to match candidates to demand-driven employment opportunities. This position aims to ensure the successful hire of as many job seekers as possible. This position continually upholds the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance; 403(b) retirement plan; paid Holidays, Sick and Vacation.
