Job Title: Patient Care Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal cheerful candidate will provide direct patient care in a chiropractic setting. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare professional in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to patients including answering phones.
- Assist the chiropractor with patient care, including preparing patients for treatments and performing therapies as directed.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Manage patient records, including updating patient information, gathering and understanding insurance information
- Assist in the transportation of patients within the facility
- Schedule appointments and manage patient treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient confidentiality and safety

Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cheerful attitude, willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Preferred Medical Assistant Certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
