The Program Coordinator will provide high level support reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Managing records and data, coordinating activities at all levels of the organization.
A high energy engaging professional who is organized with a high attention to detail. Compiles and organizes data for reports and presentations for supervisor’s review, responsible for preparation of presentations, reports, charts, and graphs to be presented to any level of management.
Research and design appropriate organization-wide performance and quality training. Coordinates, as assigned, performance management and PQI capacity building for all levels of management and employees.
Attending meetings on behalf of the COO, taking meeting minutes and notes to be shared. Preparing, scheduling and attending agency wide meetings and trainings.
Provide guidance, advice, and training to leadership members on compliance requirements for each department. Exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, flexibility and communication skills.
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree. A minimum of two years’ professional experience at a social services agency.
