• 5 years of user experience leading design/UX research projects.

• Proactivity and Initiative: Ability to drive progress and escalate issues promptly without waiting for direction.
• Communication Skills: Strong skills in reaching out, following up, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Research Skills: Experience in setting up and conducting research sessions, including creating discussion guides and synthesizing findings.
• Portfolio showcasing strong Qualitative data research.
• Conduct B2B user experience research.
• UX research Tools : Playbook US, Respondent.IO, Qualtrics.
