As a restaurant manager for our family-owned Italian establishment in California, your role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment.

Compensation :

$60,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Lead and direct the work of the service team assigning responsibilities and setting expectations
• Oversee all operations to ensure a great Guest experience
• Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
• Foster open communication between Team Members
• Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
• Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members to take on larger roles
• Drive Guest engagement within the four walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures

Qualifications :

• Must have 2 -4 years of restaurant managing experience
• OpenTable experience
• Toast POS experience a plus
