Job Type:
- Full-time position with potential for partnership track
- Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend hours
Requirements:
- Conducting thorough patient consultations, examinations, and assessments to diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions
- Providing personalized treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications, recommending therapies, and performing dermatological procedures
- Performing skin biopsies, excisions, and other surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and minimal scarring
- Administering cosmetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser therapy, and microdermabrasion to enhance patients' aesthetic appearance
- Educating patients on proper skincare practices, disease prevention, and maintenance of healthy skin
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and integrated care
- Keeping accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of dermatological conditions, including skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and dermatitis
- Experience in performing dermatological procedures, including biopsies, excisions, cryosurgery, and laser treatments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and support staff
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in dermatology through continuing education and professional development
- Dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
- $400,000-$500,000 annually base salary plus bonus and full benefits depending on experience and qualifications
