As a Billing Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of our customer accounts. Critical components of this job include sales contract review for billing and revenue implications, contract entry into the billing system, and invoice creation and analysis. A strong foundation and experience in working with billing or financial systems is essential. In addition, this position will require great attention to detail and the ability to deliver results under deadlines. This role works as a member of the Accounting team, and collaborates closely with Sales, Revenue, and the wider Accounts Receivable team.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Billing Supervisor.
Responsibility
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

California: $31.44/hour - $44.74/hour
Illinois and Colorado: $28.99/hour - $37.72/hour
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $28.99/hour - $40.89/hour
This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
