JOB SUMMARY

This role focuses on identifying, designing, and engineering analytical solutions that expand our organization's advanced analytics capabilities. You will partner with internal and external experts to contribute to a portfolio of next-generation analytic products. You will be confident working with large volumes of data from multiple sources, identifying insights to answer critical business questions. You will also use advanced machine learning algorithms to produce predictive models that drive our business partners' strategies. You will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from exploration to delivery, ensuring the intended outcome is achieved. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully applying machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems and drive new opportunities. You will also be able to clearly articulate findings through proposals to business partners in the healthcare domain, demonstrating your understanding of the pillars of data science needed to extract knowledge and insights.

Pay Range Minimum:
$92,300.00Pay Range Maximum:
$170,800.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
