Addison Group is Hiring a Compensation Analyst Near Reston, VA
Target Salary: $70-85k
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end annual performance review processes, including assistance with bonus calculation and payment and merit increase process. Includes development and delivery of training to management team and HR staff, accurate and timely delivery and upload of data, and creation of employee communications.
- Participate in salary surveys. Analyze and report on results into compensation programs.
- Pull population data from pre-existing excel reports. Request additional data when not available already.
- Utilize knowledge of role, job code and title and job descriptions to match incumbents to survey jobs. Match as many as possible to ensure maximum utilization for the survey.
- Conduct job analysis and market pricing, including internal and external competitive analysis for fixed and variable pay, and employee FLSA and job classification recommendations.
- Administer Executive Director Long-Term Service Recognition Program. Ensure accurate administration, payment and communication of program.
- Serve as in-house consultant to HR and management regarding questions related to FLSA
- Support sales compensation incentive plans
- Respond to inquiries to Compensation mailbox within 24 hours. Add relevant items to PAU for each pay period.
- Experience in the implementation and communication of compensation programs
- Provide customers with a high degree of accurate, insightful information
- Function as a flexible, energetic and engaged professional to deliver consistently and reliably prompt service
- Expert-level Excel skills (skill assessment required)
- Proficiency with advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Must be an excellent communicator (both written & oral).
- Outstanding customer service skills – commitment to consistent outstanding customer service and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
- Ability to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
- Experience with ADP-based HRMS a plus
