Job Description:
The Loyalty Team handles customer satisfaction and cancellation requests via both inbound and outbound phone calls. A member of the Loyalty Team will handle all aspects of customer account management including, but not limited to: Scheduling appointments, inputting payment information, and ensuring that a technician's routes are efficient and manageable. Representatives should also be able to handle customer complaints by anticipating potential obstacles and proactively providing alternatives and solutions. Calls will be escalation calls which will require some negotiation, quality satisfaction and de-escalation skillsets. To excel in this position, you should be an eager team player that wants to provide the best possible service and can thrive in a fast-paced enviornment.

Experience with on-the-phone customer service is preferred.
We experience a large volume of calls every day from customers trying to cancel their service do to a myriad of reasons. Being personable over the phone is an important part of creating and maintaining customer relationships while we overcome such objections.
