Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
• 5 Years – Experience in an electrical maintenance environment
• 5 Years – Experience in Position

• Effective communication of issues and solutions to cross-functional team members
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical and instrumentation diagrams.
• Familiarity with all basic hand tools, multi-meter, and PLC Hardware (I/O modules, communication modules, CPUs and safety relays)
• Knowledgeable on RS Links, RSLogix 5000, SIMATIC Step 7 and Factory Talk Studio
• Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within the automation and electrical area of the plant.
• Skilled in the repair of variable frequency drives, servomotors and controllers, communication systems (asi-bus, can-bus, profi- bus, ethernet), PLC input/output cards, and safety modules
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
• Have experience in automation packaging equipment and able to do a complete PM throughout all equipment
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Preferred Qualifications:
• 7 Years– Experience in an electrical maintenance environment
• 7 Years – Experience working in Position.

• 4 years of experience in troubleshooting one of the following operating systems: Allen

Bradley (AB), B&R or Siemens*

• 4 years of experience in an electro-mechanical role In an Industrial environment
• 1 year of experience leading and developing others on the functionality and repair of electro-mechanical equipment*
• Skilled in layout and installation of electrical and communication lines
• Skilled working with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: process and instrumentation diagrams
• Proficiency in troubleshooting one or more of the following automation systems: Allen Bradley (AB), B&R, and/or Siemens
• Working experience with RSLogix 5000, SIMATIC Step 7, and Factory Talk Studio
• Understanding of binary numbers and computer infrastructure
• Knowledge of SEW Motion Studios, and/or B&R Automation Studios If applicable

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred:
• Associate's Degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation or other similar manufacturing-related specialization
