Loop is Hiring a Commercial Property Manager Near Richmond, GA
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate repairs to buildings currently managed by the company.
- Will work directly with vendors to collect competing bids for replacements, projects and contracts
- Will be responsible for communicating directly with tenants and vendors on repairs, scheduling, and completion.
- Will need to be available to meet with tenants and vendors on the property when needed.
- Will need to keep thorough documentation of all tenant and vendor interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous property management experience and Real Estate experience are preferred.
- Possess above-average oral and written communication.
- Processing and scheduling skills are requested but not required.
- Capable of maintaining our property management work order database and keeping it current
- Proficient in organizational skills
- Will need a basic knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Roof and HVAC systems.
