Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Canva.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to translate technical information into clear documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Competence in technology, including AI, website updating, and OneDrive.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the utility industry, especially water and gas operations.
Familiarity with modern software applications for content creation.
Experience writing procedures for customer service or call centers.
