Our client is a well known NYS housing organization which specializes in providing housing for single parents, couples and those in extreme need. They are currently looking for an LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program managers and other team members to identify training needs and develop professional development plans for staff.
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical best practices, ethical considerations, and relevant legal regulations.
• Participate in program planning, evaluation, and quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Client Care Coordinators in understanding and addressing diverse family needs.
• Ensure adherence to high standards and regulatory requirements for service provision.
• Provide proactive oversight and intervention to maintain compliance and excellence.
• Guide and develop Client Care Coordinators through regular evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Foster collaboration and innovation in team meetings to enhance service quality.
• Build strategic partnerships and networks to expand support resources for families.
• Stay agile and responsive to evolving company needs for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Registered New York State LCSW License
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Minimum of (2) years of experience
• Proficient in child/adolescent development on a emotional and behavioral level and family dynamics

Please note- The annual base salary range is $80k to $90k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
