OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Lowcountry Foundation Repair, a regional leader in the foundation repair industry, is seeking to expand our Outside Sales team. In this role you will consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you. Your goal? To diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and provide the best solution for them. You will enjoy a lot of freedom in this home based/telecommuter outside sales position.
We have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau, and we get a lot of referral business. All of our salespeople and installation crews are our own employees. We provide the BEST training, systems, products, and services in the business.

Outside Sales Representative: What We Need for this Role
  • 1 years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement industries preferred
  • 1 years of Outside Sales experience preferred
  • Be able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house
  • Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl
  • Ability to travel within a 3-hour radius of main office, with some overnight travel
  • Cell phone
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
