Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Litigation Paralegal at Meyers, Rodbell & Rosenbaum with our Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice team. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks, including legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and assisting with the drafting of pleadings and motions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in personal injury litigation is required
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research
  • Experience with drafting pleadings and motions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Associate degree or certification in Paralegal Studies or related field
  • Experience with litigation software and electronic document management systems
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Salary is commensurate with experience
