Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Job Title : Bookkeeper
- IN OFFICE ONLY POSITION
- MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP or ENTERPRISE Version Experience
Naztec International Group has immediate openings for an experienced QuickBooks Accounting Individual!
Location : West Palm Beach ,FL
Responsibilities:
- Daily book keeping function
- Includes data entry
- Bank reconciliation weekly/ monthly
- A/R daily reconciliation
- A/P daily reconciliations
- Create Client Invoices
- Time Sheets data entry for employees and reconciliations
- Payroll Data entry and reconciliations
- Generate financial reports daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Should have minimum 3-5 hands-on experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related field
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Salary Rate : 45k - 50k Annually - Negotiable
