Job Summary:

As a WMS Support Specialist at Unis, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our Warehouse Management System. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. WMS Support:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS-related inquiries and issues from internal users, ensuring prompt resolution.
   • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for WMS users.
2. User Training:
   • Offer training and guidance to WMS users, helping them maximize the system's capabilities and efficiency.
   • Develop training materials and documentation to support user onboarding and ongoing learning.
3. System Maintenance:
   • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the WMS system is up-to-date and functioning optimally.
   • Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and implement updates as needed.
4. Issue Documentation:
   • Create and maintain detailed records of WMS-related issues, solutions, and user feedback.
   • Report recurring issues to management and recommend improvements.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and enhance the functionality of the WMS.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
6. Integration and Data Management:
   • Assist in the integration of the WMS with other systems and data sources.
   • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the WMS.
7. Reporting:
   • Generate and distribute reports related to WMS performance, user activity, and system usage.
   • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar logistics software.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
