Job Details

We are currently seeking an analytical Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, processing, and collection of services rendered.

Your duties will include reviewing account information, rectifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate billing and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities :

Process, verify, and record receipts for services rendered.

Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of payments and account statuses.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Follow up on overdue accounts through various communication channels.

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice preparation, and filing.

Generate internal reports and statements.

Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits.

Assist with month-end closing procedures.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

2-3 years of relevant experience.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
