Bounce is seeking a Recruiter who will work closely with our US managers to source, attract, and hire top talent for the company.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Bounce’s HR team- serve as a thought partner to the company’s leadership and hiring teams by assessing business needs, and a produce recruitment strategy and a recruitment funnel for the company’s call center
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth and bespoke candidate experience
• Source top talent through varied sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking and outbound recruiting
• Identify and track particularly strong talent within the collections, retail and customer service space who have backgrounds in high-volume, consumer interactions
• Conduct screening interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization
• Provide clear and timely communication to both candidates, hiring managers and various other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Drive for results, be inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards candidates and be a strong relationship builder
• Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the company and your craft
• Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow talent networks
• Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies by building a candidate pipeline from various channels, passively sourced, networking and referrals
• Collaborate with company stakeholders and share knowledge and best practices

Qualifications

• 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency environment
• Prior experience working at or for companies with accounts receivable operations and/or call centers (advantage)
• Proven ability to act as a thought partner; ability to influence hiring managers with a point of view based on market research and expertise
• Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes
• Proven comfortability working in an extremely high-growing, fast-paced technology business
• Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
• Experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
• Unmatched communication skills ruthless ability to prioritize competing needs
• As Bounce is a start-up company, you may be requested to wear additional hats and assist with other administrative tasks
