Paychex is Hiring a Contract Analyst Near Rochester, NY

Overview:

Assists the Paychex legal department in the day-to-day review and analysis of commercial contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists in reviewing, analyzing and redlining commercial agreements with third parties, including without limitation master service agreements, statements of work, purchase orders, end user license agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Assists in responding to client inquiries regarding the Paychex service agreement and preparing addendums to the Paychex service agreement.
  • Maintains and updates playbook of required terms in vendor contracts.
  • Maintains and updates playbook of approved terms in client service agreements.
  • Interacts and communicates with multiple internal business teams, including supply management, product and sales, to ensure timely and efficient review of commercial contracts.
  • Analyzes and recommends on-going solutions and improvements of contract review process to ensure an efficient and effective system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • 2 years of experience in relevant contract experience.
  • 2 years of experience reviewing and redlining contracts.
Compensation:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $55,860 - $87,780 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
