8:30 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday
*Except Holidays: Independence Day July 4, 2024, and Labor Day September 2, 2024
*Transition to permanent position and/or contract extension possible.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate the participation of victims and witnesses in criminal cases.
• Use computer programs to build and track cases and scan in information when
necessary.
• Assist prosecutors in court when needed
• Contact victims and witnesses to obtain information
• Enter information into PBK, the SAO’s case management system
• Generate notifications and provide information to victims and witnesses
• Maintain statistics
• Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma, or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experienced with Microsoft Office
• Experienced in conducting administrative tasks
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is an hourly contract position, with a possibility for renewal. Fingerprinting and a
background check will be required for the individual hired for this position.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
PAY:
• $27.50/hour
